18 year old Stefan Rzadzinski has been competitively racing since he
was 8. In that time he has collected many victories and championships.
With local and regional success, along with being the first Canadian
Junior at a Rok World Final, Rzadzinski built his resume and skills in
the karting world.
Rzadzinski made the jump to formula cars in 2009 where he competed in
the Ontario Formula Ford Championship Series. Stefan contested the
series with Brian Graham Racing and immediately made an impact. In his
rookie season, Rzadzinski had a race win, six podiums, and two pole
positions in twelve races. He finished his impressive inaugural season
as Championship Runner-Up and Rookie of the Year. Along with this,
Rzadzinski was named the Canadian Automobile Sports Club - Ontario
Region Rookie of the Year, a prestigious award won by Paul Tracy,
Scott Maxwell, and more recently Kyle Marcelli and Conor Daly.
In 2010, Rzadzinski won three races, once again was on the podium for
six events, and three pole positions in the Ontario Formula Ford
Championship Series. Taking the championship right down to the last race
of the season, Rzadzinski just missed out on the overall title and once
again claimed a hard-fought Championship Runner-Up position. To end out
the season, Rzadzinski went down to Laguna Seca to compete in the Skip
Barber Karting Shootout against 43 other drivers from across North and
South America. He came out of the event as a Full Skip Barber Regional
Race Series Scholarship Award Winner and will contest the 2011 Skip
Barber Summer Series.
